Welcome to Aravind Study Space. By registering, purchasing or using our GST practical training software, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Our Services

Aravind Study Space provides educational software for practical training in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related taxation topics.

Our Complete Indian GST Practice package includes access to 40 GST business practice cases.

2. Course and Software Fee

The advertised selling price of the 40 GST Business Works package is INR 999. The final payable amount will be displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Payment and Access

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Software access is provided after successful payment verification and account activation.

Customers should contact our support team if payment succeeds but access is not provided.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities carried out using their accounts.

Sharing, selling or transferring access credentials to unauthorized persons is not permitted.

5. Educational Use

The platform is intended for learning and practical training only. It does not replace the official GST portal or professional tax advice.

Practice submissions do not constitute actual GST registrations, statutory return filings or government approvals.

6. Practice Cases and Evaluation

Students can access eligible practice cases, complete worksheets, save drafts and submit work for review where supported.

Submission does not automatically guarantee successful evaluation, certification, employment or professional experience recognition.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the software, attempt unauthorized access, distribute protected content without permission or upload information that they are not authorized to share.

Use fictional or appropriately anonymized information for practice activities.

8. Technical Support

Customers may contact our support team for account access, payment and software-related issues.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to Services

We may make reasonable changes to software features and availability. We will respect applicable consumer rights and communicate material changes where required.
